there are two differences... the bobber on the right is yellow and the bobber on the left is red. the 2 numbers and 2 letters on the front of the boat are mixed up... the one on the right is P2H4 and the one on the left is PH24.
there is a dark spot in the water in the first one that is not in the second one, ph24 and p2h4,the baloons, on the boat in the background, the first picture has two marks on it the other has three,and i think that might be all

The PH24 thing, the red and yellow boys on the red boat are different, the reflection in the water of the red boat has a 1 wire in one, and finally at the very back boat i think there is a pier just in front of it with a different amount of things cant describe.. posts?

okay there are three distinct differences in the photos, first everyone saw the yellow ball.. well duhh but second the numbers on the from of the boat are changed and thirdly hard to see the shadow in the water of the ropes is diffrent
