The only animal in the entire world that NEVER dies! (Legit)


The animal is the turritopsis nutricula species of jellyfish. This amazing jellyfish can literally change itself from an adult to its polyp( baby stage). In other words, it can reverse its aging process, meaning it can live forever. Pretty cool huh?

    The Jellyfish has the ABILITY to live forever. Doesn't mean that if it never alters it's life stage it won't die.

    By the way, when previous comments are posted before yours, they don't necessarily show up right when someone posts them. So the people who are commenting as 'first' actually think they are the first to comment. Althought it's a silly concept, I thought I'd mention it.

    Yes, it has been proven. But the genetic code for this animal doesn't match a human's genetic code. Therefore, we can't extract that and live forever.
